Have you determined the underlying cause of the depression? Exercise may temporarily raise endorphins providing temporary relief, but just like a sugar high, the bottoming out is less rewarding.

Easier than you think
If it weren't for bread and processed foods, it would be easier to manage. I gave up both and maintain under 1000 MG without even trying.

This is normally classified as fasting blood sugar of 126+. Your readings definately do not reflect that.
