In addition to the weight loss goals, I have also adopted a minimalist lifestyle. 40 years of accumulating junk had taken it's toll. Too much clutter, too much stuff. As they say, I was buying things I don't need, with money I don't have, to impress people I don't like. I have shed 80% of my junk. Now onto managing my weight and health without having to clean, rearrange, insure, or maintain garbage that was robbing me of valuable time.
