Why did I not know that scallions make eggs so much better??
I mean, I like eggs normally but I made a quiche this week for the first time (Discovered I am awesome at quiche - lol) and then I prepped egg breakfast sandwiches. Added chopped scallions to both and they were super tasty.

Weighing everything - pleasantly surprised so far!

So, if pork ribs are 250 calories for 118 grams, is that without bone (just meat)? And if I make instant potatoes that are listed as dry flakes on the package, how does that translate to cooked (just added water and boiled).
