At the beginning of lockdown when gyms closed and workout equipment for a small space was impossible to find, I managed to get a set of these but having no clue if I would like them. I find that I use them daily still! I made some mini routines to supplement my “main” workouts and I squeeze in 5 minutes most hours during the work day (working from home). My fave exercises are dips, leg/knee raises, pullups/inverted rows and hip raises. I see a lot of other options though - might be time to branch out!

It just happens to be what I bought).

I bought some from my trainer a few years ago When he closed up shop. He had us use them for all kinds of stuff! I probably don’t use them very extensively these days, mostly for stretching and rows. Leibert had a CD of exercises which I’m sure you could find the videos on the website or YT.
