I came back I went Rogue for the summer it wasn't intentional but it worked out that way I had lost almost 50 pounds and almost gained it all back with in the summer I stayed up with my exercise which is good but still so I'm looking for a low support maybe some friends to talk to if you want add me as a friend thank you

I have the 21 day fix cups and I was wondering if i use that to measure everything now is it the same as weighing your food I don't have a scale but I do have the cups for that
