Are you trying to make a lot of big changes at once? It can be hard to go from 3000 calories a day to 1200 (just to pick some numbers at random). It's slow at first, but I think it's a lot easier on the mind and body to start off gradually. Figure out your maintenance calories and prove to yourself that you can eat without gaining weight. Then see what changes you can fit in. This is the long haul, right, so do it right, not fast. Once you build up some momentum I think you'll be surprised how fast the weight comes off.

As for your husband, I know that I had to realize that I needed to do this for me, and not let myself get sucked up in whatever he was doing. We still eat dinner together, but I take smaller portions and save stuff for lunch the next day. If he wants fast food, I maybe get a small treat but make sure to have stuff at home I like to eat instead. If you're getting headaches maybe you're pushing it too hard, or maybe you're stressing too much, or who knows what. Just know that it is possible, there's nothing wrong with slow, and you can do this. Good luck!

Be patient and consistent and it will come off. You were saying only a few days ago that you were going to stop eating lunch out everyday. If you did that (or even just ate less), it will still take time for your efforts to show. You didn't gain weight in a week, you won't lose it all as quickly as you like. It will be helpful for you to relax a little about weight loss. Literally every time that I'm failed at losing weight, I've been miserable and hungry. It didn't start working for me until I realized that 1) it shouldn't be a miserable process and 2) I don't have to be hungry (I flat out refuse to feel hungry for more than 30 minutes, and even that's a stretch).

From what I remember at your stats, you have quite a bit of weight to lose, so it's going to take time. You'll be better off taking your time and adjusting your expectations. I get the feeling that you're trying to be too aggressive. @MegaMooseEsq has good advice. Just focus on figuring out what you're doing now without making any drastic changes. Then, figure out where you can cut stuff out. Remember, you only need a 500 calorie deficit to lose one pound a week. You could take a long walk and eat one fewer candy bar or a soda and a half every day and come close to that.
