Are you following mfp guidelines ?
Have you put in your stats and the amount you want to lose ?
Are you weighing and logging everything you eat each day ?
    Are you being consistent ?
It won't work very well unless you use the site as it is designed.

I don't eat breakfast because I'm usually not hungry. I eat most of my calories at night and have a snack or second dinner before. This works best for me.

You have to find an eating pattern that works for you, some people do one meal a day, intermittent fasting, 3 meals, or snack all day. Find out what works for you. Good luck.

And make sure you weigh everything and use correct entries.

I'm only speaking for myself here, but consistency has to be key. I'm on again, off again, depending on how I am feeling. When my husband eats all the junk I love, I feel deprived and left out. Poor me! Lol
We have to change our mind set, and remember it's the choices we make every day that will get the weight off, and keep it off. We can do this....for us! ❤️
