175 days no scale... Drs on Feb 22nd should I get weighed.
I am so curious. If I do...or don't. My Drs nurse will weigh me. But my back is turned not to see. I'm leaning towards don't. I still have a long way to go. Half way to a year. I lost my sister two weeks ago, and having a hard time sleeping.

137 days almost 5 months. No idea where I stand on weight loss. No scale
So I continue on. I have gotten into a routine, with foods I enjoy. Learning to savor the flavors with smaller bites and enjoying the aftertastes. Some times I gobble and think dang I missed out on enjoying that. I did eat light on Christmas light breakfast, salad and turkey lunch, no dressing, I'm starting to prefer it…

you feel you don't look any different. That's when you have to remember why you started...and focus on the bigger picture. Which won't be me.

Binge fudge bars,
This sucks, I have been proud until this last week, I'm staying in my calorie zone , but eating Bryers fudge bars. Tonight 5 of them, ..... I still have calories left , over in fat intake because of 5 cups of Orville popcorn.

Day 28 fish out of water.
1st day eating un prepared at a restaurant...total fish out of water. Stared at the Menu. Flip-flopping what to order.
