So I continue on. I have gotten into a routine, with foods I enjoy. Learning to savor the flavors with smaller bites and enjoying the aftertastes. Some times I gobble and think dang I missed out on enjoying that. I did eat light on Christmas light breakfast, salad and turkey lunch, no dressing, I'm starting to prefer it that way, potatoes an a little chicken then had 10 shots of Jim beam. .... not like me at all... people phobia. Haven't socialized in a long while. Splat on the way out to the car, banged up, nose, blacke eye and gravel teeth,

Well done 5 months is a lifestyle change! Im doing same as you, I do not own scales but have started a healthy food and exercise plan. I am judging it on how I fit into my clothes only. I have a wedding dress to fit into in 8 months time which currently doesn't zip up!!!

The scales because of body weight changes from hour to hour... and I become a scale jumper. Like a miricle will happen, That little jump will make me self sabotage myself. This way it's not about the scale it's about eating right. Then putting my faith in eating the balanced calories, with excersise, I'm losing, learning. When I get to where I feel comfortable then it's time to learn how to balance it which will increasing calories, Then I might need the scale. Or a good tape measure. I life time commitment. I am never going to do that rollercoaster ride again, Winter weight summer weight.
