Day 30, a life time to go. I'm on my way.

This is day 30, somedays I feel like a fish out of water, struggling on choices. I want to be happy and have my comfort foods, and be as natural with the foods I have ate my entire life. Starting with choosing the breakfast foods, Lunch meals, and suppers I enjoy. Then I use the food calorie to find out how much those meals have and work out my own portion size. Some meals I have found out are not worth it for the amount i get... Re learning. Only this time... it's a life change... instead of a diet. I don't know why I didn't get that early on in life. I lost so many years. Realizing that I have an eating disorder, and charting really does take the anxiety away and focusing on the days I do good and do bad. I am going to do this, I look forward for 1 year. I look forward for tomorrow.
