Protein: Grams or % of Calories?
I am extremely active, running 6-10 mile a day and lifting weights in the evenings. I am wondering if I should stick to the recommended grams per day of 60-100 or a certain % of my calories. The reason I ask is that if I set protein as 25%, sometimes I eat more than 200 grams of protein because I eat so many calories to…

I am looking for help and advice for how to recover from a binge. Every few weeks I give in to temptation. It usually starts with one cookie, and then 2000 calories later I realize I have eaten cookies and crackers and candy until I literally feel sick. Then work ran late, so I was late to the gym as well. I told myself I would work extra hard to make up for the lost time, but instead found…

Maintaining Weight Loss After Surgery
Hello! I have lost over 20lbs since March and am finally happy with my weight. However I just had hernia surgery yesterday. It was very minor, only requiring 5 stitches. The recovery will still be slow, with at least two weeks of rest. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to maintain my weight loss during this time? I…
