Does anybody know of any great protein shakes or powders that can be used as meal replacements?
I notice my weight still goes up and down. I've altered my diet. Cut down on sodium. Monday is can weigh in at 270, Wednesday at 267.4, Friday at 271.0. I'm doing alot of walking and toning, does the muscle building add on to the extra weight. Please help. Thank you

What are foods (other than liver) that is loaded with Iron. Tired of taking Iron pills. Plus I forget to take them sometimes.
