I'm still seeing my weight goes up and down. My issues lie with sodium. I appreciate all suggestions on low sodium recipes...etc.

I use a lot of Mrs. Dash instead of salt, since being diagnosed with high blood pressure. You might try this website, I just googled it http://www.livingpah.com. I am sure there are others too. Best of Luck!!0

Even with low sodium, the body will naturally go up and down. Looking at weight trends over a 4-6 week period is more important.
Also, if you do want to lower sodium, concentrate on whole foods (fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains). Foods high in potassium and magnesium can help balance the effects of sodium.
And if you exercise, don't drop sodium too low. Sodium is an electrolyte which is critical to life.0 -
