So, I just recently rediscovered brats while on keto and to say the least I'm a little obsessed. I love cooking them with some peppers on the stove, mmmMmm. Anyhow, does anyone know if there's anything in particular I should worry about eating them a couple times a week?

Keto and wisdom teeth removal!?
I'm getting all 4 wisdom teeth cut out next week and am dreading trying to eat. My boyfriend seems optimistic but I just assume I'll be eating frozen homemade whipped cream for a couple days. Any suggestions??

Night shift workers, logging "dinner" and eating enough calories?
I work in a hospital 2-3 nights a week and am always struggling to reach my calorie minimums when I work. Along with that, the question of logging my post midnight meals on the previous day or the upcoming day. I'm keto so I'm rarely hungry and try to maintain 1200 cals minimum and don't usually count my exercise calories.

Garmin Vivioactive HR monitor calories burned?
When doing cardio on the elliptical/stair climber machine at planet fitness how do I measure that? The machine gives me X number of calories that I never trust, but then my garmin vivioactive HR also gives me a calories burned number for my workout based on my hr.
