Ready to get internally healthy!
I've always been on the skinny side but my insides don't feel good at all because I normally have fast food once a day. I eat so many carbs a day and sweets it's not healthy. Off track
The past couple days I've gotten off track due to some concerts and get togethers but today I'm ready to kick it at the gym! :) Also I completely cut off sodas and juices and am sticking to water! TIP: A glass of warm lemon juice, water and honey in the morning boosts your metabolism! :)

Back on track
