Back on track

The past couple days I've gone off track due to some concerts and get togethers, but today it's time to hit the gym and get back in the swing of things! Completely cut out all juices and sodas and am committing to water! Skin is looking a lot better too :)
TIP: some warm lemon juice, honey and water in the morning will boost your metabolism for the day!
