Hey guys! So today I weighed in and I'm down 3 pounds just from eating healthier and moderating my portions! I not only feel great but my skin is clearing up and I have a lot more energy! It might be hard at first but seeing results makes it all worth it! 
TIP: If you love spicy like me, adding a vegetable such as jalapeños in your meals will help boost your metabolism!

Good work
I lost my first 30 pounds doing the same--eating healthier and moderating portions. I am going back to that right now, actually, as a way to take a break from calorie counting.0 -
