Hey guys! So today I weighed in and I'm down 3 pounds just from eating healthier and moderating my portions! I not only feel great but my skin is clearing up and I have a lot more energy! It might be hard at first but seeing results makes it all worth it! :)
TIP: If you love spicy like me, adding a vegetable such as jalapeños in your meals will help boost your metabolism!

    Great work but spicy food doesn't do much for metabolism.

    Moderation doesn't work for me, only eating zero junk does

    Good work :)

    I lost my first 30 pounds doing the same--eating healthier and moderating portions. I am going back to that right now, actually, as a way to take a break from calorie counting.
