Not meeting physique goals over the years, advice please?
Hi Guys, I don’t think I’ve been doing this right.. could I ask for a bit of advice? I started lifting around late summer 2017 from 4 years of CrossFit and basically running and competitive gymnastics before I had kids.. so lots of cardio before the last year and a half. anyways, I’m nowhere near my physique goals. Putting the scale away and not logging anymore
Just curious how many of you have stopped logging or loosened up on logging meals, and put the scale away? Is anyone just going by looks alone to measure progress? I’ve been cutting/gaining the same 5-8 pounds over the last year and a half and I’m just tired of keeping track. I am following a progressive lifting program (4…

Question about calorie amounts and activity
Sorry if this has been posted before, and it might be a dumb question but I just need some reassurance I guess, that I'm doing this right? When setting your daily calorie amount should I set it at sedentary and then add and eat back (or eat back partially) my exercise calories? or should I just set my level at active,…

What does your 1200 cal day look like?
What are you eating to fill 1200, 1300 or 1400 cal per day? Are you able to spread this out over the day and feel satisfied? Are you doing some kind of fasting? To me this number is a nice dinner/lunch- would love to see what your typical meal looks like.

I think it finally clicked..??
So I've been reading all the posts on here for a little while and I think I know now the reason I haven't lost any weight yet is because I'm not accurately logging.. actually I'm probably eating twice as much as I need.. so 1350 is what MFP has given me as a number for 1 pound per week (I'm 5'5", 150 pounds, 41 yrs old,…
