Goals, cutting and all over the place programming

Hi guys, I guess I’ll start here.. ultimately I’d like to shed some body fat. I’m currently doing CrossFit 3-5 tines a week, mostly for fun for the last few years, 2 days Olympic lifting class and 3x a week hypertrophy program. I did a 12 week cut in the fall and before in the summer with no weight # change but significant changes to my overall physique, maintained until now and I would like to cut again to hopefully lean out more. I get the whole deficit/measuring/logging thing and I’m ok with my numbers and what I need to do as far as eating goes (just need to do it), my question is, what should I do as far as weight training/programming while I do another cut? I think I should repeate the 3x a week hypertrophy program (it’s from RP strength female physique), and do the 2x a week Olympic lifting class and 1 day CrossFit for cardio. Does this sound ok? Too much? Too all over the place? I’m kind of running off just my instinct without having any knowledge or background in fitness... could I get some advice? Thank you!

You successfully recomped for the 12 weeks you cut previously, even though no weight change but overall body composition changes were made. If you want to speed up fat loss, you will want to focus on fat loss through a calorie deficit.
You could cut by just doing total body workouts 3 times a week. You can certainly add in other things you enjoy like cardio, etc.
I would look into the various strength training programs provided in the list. A small calorie deficit, ample protein to support fat loss and your strength training and follow structured program is all you need.

I know nothing about crossfit since I just do regular lifting, but in a cut, you need to lift heavy, meaning if your program revolves around doing 10+ reps on every exercises, you're not doing your muscles any favor's, your goal is to maintain as much muscles as you can.
