Are all calories equal?
Breakfast: Flan w/ coffee light & sweet Lunch: Frappuccino w/ cake pops Dinner: Deli meats with melted cheese on a roll and an OceanSpray drink Supper: Beef lo mein w/ a Coke So long as I stay under my caloric allowance I’m good to go, right? What say you? Eric

Git yer Potassium Up!
MFPs, how do you get your recommended potassium daily? Only so many bananas a brother can eat. I've had varying degrees of success here, mostly not. MyFitnessPal is recommending 3500mg daily. I average a third of that roughly. I also understand potassium offsets sodium to balance your electrolytes? Hit me! Eric

5’11” Late 30s Gents - Goal of 180lbs

Need help losing the next 40 lbs.
So I’ve been logging now for 910 days and I’ve lost 40 lbs. Most of that came off in the first year and a half or so. I’ve largely been maintaining since. I’m 5’ 11” and weigh 235lbs.
