I’ll take any other tip MFPs might have for either regulating sugar and/or improving gut health.

Fermented foods for gut health: Greek yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut etc.

Cinnamon is great for regulating blood sugar as is cloves. Also adding garlic, fresh herbs to your meals. Avoiding artificial sweeteners (chemical *kitten* storm). Limiting carbs that are high on the glycemic index also helps with BSR. Good luck!11

If you are not diabetic there are no foods you need to eat to regulate your blood sugar levels.
You have a working pancreas - it will do that naturally.7
