Frozen dinners
Hi, I'm a poor student so I try and make my meals in bulk and then freeze them. I'd like some ideas of foods, mainly revolving around chicken, that I could prepare and freeze. As weight loss preferably low cal.

Progress
I've recently gone from having an 'obese' bmi to now being solidly in the 'overweight' section, even though I've also gained some muscle! Very happy right now and wanted to share my progress. (Sorry if this isn't the right group but keep going! Little achievements like this keep you going!)

Personally I think it's okay to call people out in being overweight / obese. It's the only reason I realised there was a problem I had to lose weight. I think people's view on you is important

Jeans!
This isn't a specifically because of weight loss problem but at university I have no tumble dryer. I usually wash my jeans and then tumble dry them which tightens the waist and thighs up a bit, so they fit perfectly. But without my dryer I can't 'shrink' them. Calorie burn estimates
A lot have people have said that mfp overestimates calorie burn, and also not to listen to the machines predictions either, as they are after all only predictions. So how should you calculate the calories burnt?

Finding it hard to reach calorie goal?
The app worked out I should be eating around 1200 a day. I'm finding it hard to eat that much, I'm only reaching around 900 a day? Is that okay? I'm feeling full which is the only reason I don't eat more. Advice ? Tips?
