How to count calories in Juices?
Okay, so how the heck are you supposed to count calories in a homemade juice? I may be wrong, but I assume the majority of the calories are in the pulp, which I extract, or are most of the calories in the fructose, which probably makes its way into the juice?? :s Basically, I made a juice (NOT smoothie) out of 1 medium…

7lb water weight in a week?!?
I started to try and lose weight again on Friday 12th January at 247lbs, I weighed myself today (20th Jan) and I'm now 240lbs. Can all of that really be water weight? Because I'm sure as hell I can't have lost 7lb of fat in a week...! (p.s I've been eating around 1400 calories per day and I don't cut out ANY food groups…

On average, how many lbs did you personally have to lose to drop a dress size? I've personally only lost 8lb to date and haven't dropped a size yet, although I feel a lot more comfortable in my clothes. How much did you guys have to lose to drop a dress size? :)

300 Calorie Lunches
Hi everybody. I've just bought a load of meal prep containers and I'm looking for some inspiration for 300 calorie lunches. I DO eat meat and I'd like a good mix of protein, veggies and healthy carbs and fats. I do NOT eat fish as I do not like the taste. Please post your pictures! :smiley: Thanks

T25 - Calories Burned?
Hi, I am starting the Focus T25 DVD's tomorrow. Does anyone know how I would calculate how many calories this would burn? I know it will be very difficult as every day is different, but is there any way of finding a rough guide? Thank you.
