Ugh

Does your frame affect how well you carry your weight?
I'm 5'8. Above 105kg, I look like a wreck. I won't speak for my body (pretty much a sad sack of potatoes), but my face looks horrendous. Why do I always want milk? argh

Just did the craziest thing at the movies!
I took my food scales and weighed the box and the popcorn at the counter! People must have thought I was nuts. Still don't know what's in the popcorn, but at least I know how much I'm having!

Is this real weight gain?
I put on 700g overnight. I had McDonalds yesterday, but was still under my maintenance calories. Help? Annoying, because by 10pm I was starving, but I stopped eating because I was already well over my calorie goal (but still under maintenance). I went for a long walk to help it.
