2 weeks in
So am about 2 weeks in now and am still the same weight as I was when I started. Am eating healthy, I think? Dairy is open please check. I weigh things on my scales. My calorie intake is 1630 a day Am drinking water Am also using a cross trainer 20 mins a day split in to 2 Help!! What am I doing wrong ?

Am 25yo 5 foot 10, 17.10 stone dieting for just over a week. 1300 calories a day Why ain't I loosing anything ? I really need some help :/

Why don't I have motivation!!
In the last 5 years I have put 6 stone on. I use to have a lot of energy and motivation but now I just don't have anything. I have been dieting for the past few days 1500 calories a day. I haven't not got on the scales yet and I don't think I want to. Do I need to exercise as well ? What gets you motivated ?
