Weight workout for arms
Does anyone have good exercises to tone your triceps? I've been going to Orange Theory since November, and I feel that my upper half of my body still looks big, especially my arms. Any suggestions? TIA

I weighed myself on Thursday, and I was at 171. I weighed myself today and I am 175.8. Is it possible to put on that much weight in a few days? Golfing with a cart and calories
I am heading off to Arizona for vacation, and we play a lot of golf. I was wondering what you guys think a round of 18 holes and riding a cart burns in calories? I googled it, and it came up with 1,000, but that seems rather high to me. I am just wondering what you guys think.
