Morning Workouts
I'm up at 4:45 every morning to run which my body adapts to just fine. But the problem is that after my workouts I'm hungry every hour or two until dinner time. This happens even when I have around 400 calories for breakfast which includes 30-40 grams of protein. Any ideas about how to curb my appetite?

Boredom...
I'm currently babysitting and the kiddo is already asleep. But I obviously have some sort of boredom induced hand-to-mouth issue right now, and have already eaten way too much today... What do other people do when they are bored and wanting food?

Does Barre Fitness Count as Weight Training?
I currently take 2-3 barre classes a week. It's a lot of body weight exercises or very low weight (3-5 lbs) with a ton of repotions. Do you think that this is enough to keep me from losing a lot of muscle or do I need to incorporate much heavier weights? I weigh roughly 175 lbs. and generally lose 1.5-2 lbs per week

Which is more accurate?
I realize neither can be completely correct all of the time, but when I run the treadmill and my Fitbit give me totally different stats. For instance, today the treadmill says that I burned 358 calories for a 45 minute run ( with a lot of walk breaks), but my Fitbit Blaze says that I burned 448 calories. Which do you think…
