Morning Workouts

I'm up at 4:45 every morning to run which my body adapts to just fine. But the problem is that after my workouts I'm hungry every hour or two until dinner time. This happens even when I have around 400 calories for breakfast which includes 30-40 grams of protein. Any ideas about how to curb my appetite?

You may need to adjust your calorie distribution and have more in the morning and less later in the day. What is your cal goal?1

Becouse u run. This type of activity (airobic cyclical) burns mostly glucose and glycogen of your muscles. Try to change activity like weight lifting and you will see difference.2

Are you eating your calories back? What is your goal? How much are you eating? Hard to say. Usually if I have a good solid start to the day with protein and fiber and low in sugar I feel full for a while. But I also eat back all my calories for exercise.1
