I know I can still lose weight if I log those calories, so of course I log them. Even if I’m way over for the day

It’s a Hal Higdon plan. I do have a couple long runs at the end that I most likely don’t need in order to complete the race so I can probably just knock all the long runs back a week and ride bike instead of long run this week... thank you!

I stretch before and after. I’m currently just running to finish the race, so slow, 11ish minutes per mile. I’ve been running 2 and 3 milers for the last two years pretty regularly

I think most users assume that people have some common sense?

I started at almost the exact same stats as you and I eat back almost all of what my Fitbit gives me. You should be fine eating your extra calories

Job examples aren’t always accurate. I’m a teacher and I’m nowhere near lightly active

If you’re not already a runner, you should take rest days or cross train in between runs

Actually if you’re wearing the watch I think it should still record your calories burned for those exercises

If you take a lot of steps early in the morning and in a short period of time, this isn’t necessarily true. I’m set to active and start getting a positive adjustment around 3500 steps (or like 8:30)

I take off 20% of my additional calories once my tracker has gone over 500 additional calories for the day

It won't have any affect on it. I'm over sodium by a LOT all the time and I never have any problems. That being said, I could be a LOT healthier than I've allowed myself to be, especially this summer.

I've always wanted to tell her to clean her bathtub!

Actually, I have an adult friend, in her thirties that uses bath salts and tells me she can see the toxins from her body in the bath water.

I leave about 20 percent off of the total my Fitbit gives me and I don't generally have a problem meeting my weekly goal

It does make me gag after a while....

40 lbs down 35-40ish to go probably. Then I might recomp ...

I put it off constantly while I'm doing other things, but I've never forgotten. In fact I think about lunch from lunch time until the point that I eat it. When I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed the first thing I did upon waking up was eat

Mine is working no problem, it has even added 300 calories to my day....it's you.

It's got to be more than 0.5 lbs per week. I eat 1750 and I'm about 5"1'. I loose 1 lb per week

Can you reward yourself with something other than food? As an added bonus, a reward that isn't food might distract you from wanting sweet foods as well

I'm set to active and meet the step requirement easily during the school year. I take an extra walk on the morning to keep the same activity level in the summer. Winter vacations are the time when I have a hard time meeting my activity level
