It’s a Hal Higdon plan. I do have a couple long runs at the end that I most likely don’t need in order to complete the race so I can probably just knock all the long runs back a week and ride bike instead of long run this week... thank you!

I stretch before and after. I’m currently just running to finish the race, so slow, 11ish minutes per mile. I’ve been running 2 and 3 milers for the last two years pretty regularly

I think most users assume that people have some common sense?

I started at almost the exact same stats as you and I eat back almost all of what my Fitbit gives me. You should be fine eating your extra calories

Job examples aren’t always accurate. I’m a teacher and I’m nowhere near lightly active

Actually, I have an adult friend, in her thirties that uses bath salts and tells me she can see the toxins from her body in the bath water.

I leave about 20 percent off of the total my Fitbit gives me and I don't generally have a problem meeting my weekly goal

It does make me gag after a while....

I put it off constantly while I'm doing other things, but I've never forgotten. In fact I think about lunch from lunch time until the point that I eat it. When I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed the first thing I did upon waking up was eat

Mine is working no problem, it has even added 300 calories to my day....it's you.

It's got to be more than 0.5 lbs per week. I eat 1750 and I'm about 5"1'. I loose 1 lb per week

Can you reward yourself with something other than food? As an added bonus, a reward that isn't food might distract you from wanting sweet foods as well

I'm set to active and meet the step requirement easily during the school year. I take an extra walk on the morning to keep the same activity level in the summer. Winter vacations are the time when I have a hard time meeting my activity level
