I tried a "burn and sculpt" class today. It was intervals of sit-ups, mountain climbers, light weight lifting, squats, balancing on a Bosu ball etc... What would I record this as?

I recently recorded a small weight loss and noticed my calorie goal is 100 calories less than what it was set to before. Did the app automatically decrease my calories based on my weight loss?
