My workout didn’t sync today either, but it was working yesterday. My sources are all enabled to share the data in my Health App. Following to see if anyone finds the solution!

Rotisserie chicken is pretty versatile and saves me a lot of time. I usually buy 2 at a time, one to eat as a roasted chicken with green beans and sweet potato (or whatever sides you like). The second chicken, I immediately remove the meat from the bone to use for other meals like chicken salad or casseroles. Beans and…

I’m maintaining as well

Speaking of banana pudding, I’ve been thinking about making these Oreo Dirt Cups with chocolate pudding, Oreos, cool whip, and gummy worms. Used to LOVE this as a kid, and I wonder if it’s still as good as I remember.

I really love oatmeal. I like it a certain way though, not the flavored packets. I remember the last time I almost had to skip eating oatmeal. I went and got some at McDonald’s (wasn’t quite how I’d make it, but it was oatmeal). My love of oatmeal is maybe a little extreme haha

Yes, after changing my diet and exercise I noticed I developed caffeine intolerance, sadly. I drank decaf or Cafix to wean myself off caffeine. I still miss real coffee, but very glad to be done with those crazy jitters!

You could try to modify the jumpy-steps and do more of a gentle step-tap and see if that reduces your pain.

Yes! It can be made from black beans, or green lentils, or even chickpeas! A bit more expensive than regular pasta, but worth it.
-
Yes! I tried this a week ago. It’s amazing!!!!

I just tried red lentil pasta. It’s pasta made from lentils! So the protein and fiber content are fantastic compared to regular pasta. It’s very filling, with a slightly different texture, but the extra protein content makes it worth it for me.

As long as it fits your calories, it’s fine. Personally, fruit smoothies tend to make me feel hungrier than just eating fruit and yogurt. Blending up the fruit causes your body to digest it faster. I notice I kind of crash and need to eat again shortly after having a smoothie. I feel fuller longer if I eat the exact same…

The only possible long-term disadvantage to eating too little protein is that during weight loss you’ll have a harder time keeping the muscle you have (though you will probably still lose some muscle) Eating too little fat, for some, can decrease satiety, and cause you to still feel hungry. Fats slow gastric emptying…

If I’m too hungry to cook, I try to have a snack before I start. I have a list of snacks taped to my fridge for when I get hungry (to the point where I know I’m getting ready to make poor food choices). My list has basic snack ideas like fruit, yogurt, eggs, string cheese, celery and pb, popcorn. Things that might be…

Artificially flavored grape things? Jolly ranchers!

For me, fiber and protein are what keeps me full. I aim to hit my nutrition goals (micros and macros) and whatever calories I have left usually goes to “junk food”/treats in the evening... popcorn, chocolate, gummy bears etc. If I spend too many calories on junk food, which tends to be low in fiber and protein, I will…

My husband grew-up eating burgers, potatoes, steak, and very few veggies. After I started eating better, he actually prefers bean or turkey burgers! Try to make some small changes, and eventually you’ll get used to them. Chili is hearty and filling and fairly decent for the calories. Try to eat more of the veggies and…

I thought it was flowers at first!!!! So pretty!!! Then you get to eat them!

Yes, this happens to me. I think it’s an endorphin high and I really enjoy it

Can you just get an auger? Or does that ruin the science?
-
Yes this happens to me too!

I love my treadmill! Mainly because it’s too cold and windy here for me to run outside all winter, and my gym has limited hours they offer childcare. I was worried I might not use it very much, but I see it everyday and I like having it as an option.

Just turned 30, and might be telling people I’m 29 for a few more years ;) hahaha

Seriously, the being cold is so frustrating, kenyonhaff! I had my thyroid checked because of it.... and I’m normal. I wear a jacket in my 70 degree F house. So crazy

Yep, what Karla24687 said! Cooking outside would help. Sometimes if I dont want my whole house to smell like onions and roast, I'll put my slow cooker on the porch or in the garage. You might have to get a portable cook-top, depending on what you're making. You can still eat cabbage! Or try having it raw/shredded salad…

Black beans!

Oooo, I like French dip sandwhiches too!
-
Yes! You can do it! Work at it a little everyday!

Yes. I George Foreman mine too. With lemon pepper. So simple. So good

Yep those are my 2 most challenging micronutrients too. One serving of cereal is usually fortified with 50-75% of your daily iron. Some, not all, studies show that supplementing calcium can lead to increasing arterial plaque buildup and increase risk of heart attack. Personally, I'd try to pick calcium rich foods, vs a…
