Most miles walked in a day?
Once every 2 weeks, i try and challenge myself to see how far i can walk in a day, ive been doing it a few months now and my highest has been 18.52 miles! Im determined to walk 26 miles! Just curious to see what the most anyone has walked in a day? Thanks guy's

Help with weight training
Hey im lou, my weight loss journey so far as mainly been due to diet and cardio exercise, few sit ups and squats, but i want to start toning more and using weights but im a absolute beginner, how do i know what weights to start off with and how often do i train? Any advice would be helpful

I started at 163ib and managed to lose 14ibs before mfp mainly walking and through diet! Which insanity to do? Need help!
I did insanity a few years back, i want to start doing it again next week as its great for fitness levels! I want to do it alongside gym and jogging but do i stick to the original or try a newer one , theres a few to choose from now so im stuck! Any advice would be appreciated :)

Running advice, distance or time?
Managed to run 3 mile at the gym without stopping which as a beginner im made up with, but next time i go do i stick to 3 mile and try to do it faster or aim for a longer distance? I want to have some kind of plan in place, any advice i would be greatful for!
