I purchased the 1&2 mile and the 3 mile DVDs of the "watp express" maybe around 2002? I *think* I got them in the summer time out if the $5bin at Walmart. How do I track sushi?
Just found out we're going to a new restaurant tonight and I already know I'll be getting a sushi roll . How do I enter that in my diary? I usually get the one that is salmon, avocado and cream cheese and I think they cut it in 8 slices. Sorry if that sounds silly but I've only been tracking for 4 days.
