How do I track sushi?

Just found out we're going to a new restaurant tonight and I already know I'll be getting a sushi roll . How do I enter that in my diary? I usually get the one that is salmon, avocado and cream cheese and I think they cut it in 8 slices. Sorry if that sounds silly but I've only been tracking for 4 days.

You'll find entries for that roll in the food database. You can either search for it as "salmon, avocado and cream cheese sushi" or "Philadelphia roll", which is what most sushi restaurants call it.
There are multiple entries for it, so it'll probably be best to choose the one with the highest calorie count, just to be safe.0 -
Look up the roll in the data base, and you should be able to find something close. I eat sushi all the time, and can usually find whatever I eat in the data base.0
