I am curious to hear from all you OMAD people out there. Why exactly do you enjoy the OMAD plan for eating? Are you simply not hungry earlier, do you think it has secret health benefits, etc? Do you use the Under Armour: Map My Fitness App?
So MFP suggested that I use the Under Armour: Map My Fitness App -- I think because they are owned by the same company. It appears to track workouts like biking, walking, running, and hundreds of others as well as maybe gym workouts. It doesn't look like it tracks steps (just walking around during day) - am I right? Is…

I am a very goal oriented person and result oriented person. I need to see results to stay motivated. Right now my goal is to go from 316lbs to 225lbs (no time limit). - But maybe I should be setting my goal to more like 275lbs so I can achieve a major goal faster. - Or maybe my goals shouldn't be about weight - they…

BREAKFAST - what is the truth?
So over the years I have heard everyone chime in on whether you need to eat breakfast or it's better to skip it. Intermittent fasters will say to skip it - that it helps get your body to start burning your fat rather than your breakfast. Other people say it's the most important meal of the day - that it kickstarts your…

TARGET 100 - HEALTHY LIVING PLAN
So I know that it's calories in vs calories out and it should be simply to just eat less, exercise more. But I PREFER to follow a plan that says do this now, do this then.
