Where am I going wrong?
I have lost around 5st over the last 3 years.. but I’m now struggling! I’m 5”3 and my weight varies between 9st7-10st I eat around 1200/1400 calories- this is usually breakfast - lunch - snack- dinner and I train in the gym 3x a week. What is be best thing to do to start losing stomach fat and getting a toned stomach? I have lost over 4 stone, I am 9 stone 5. 5’3 and train 3/4 times a week. I eat 1200 calories and track them..

Serious doms
I did a brutal whole body workout yesterday, and I’m feeling it today.. arms, abs and legs are so so sore! I am supposed to be going to the gym tonight, what should I do? As obviously I won’t have the strength to do much with serious doms.. would a rest day be better or some light cardio?

Last 10-7 pounds
I have lost over 4 and half stone over the last 2 years... I am happy with myself but I really want to lose the last 10-7 pounds to be 100% happy within myself! I am already eating very healthy and around 1200 calories a day with 3-4 gym sessions a week and I’m struggling to drop these last few pounds! Any advice??

New gym workout plan
