New gym workout plan

I’m looking for a new gym work out plan which will target stomach fat and tone legs/bum/arms etc... as I would like to drop around 5 pounds.

I am 9st 7 and 5”3.

I don’t like spending hours on end in the gym as I lose motivation..

The machines I like to use are , treadmill, cross trainer, leg press, arm press, all of those sort of machines.

I go 3-4 times a week for about 45 mins to an hour

I have been doing HIIT/spinning classes, as I have a hip condition I can’t do much of them.

I just want something which can “ shock” my body as I have bit a plateau.

    So to start off. You cannot spot reduce, secondly, who ever told you that you need to spend hours in the gym is an idiot, how exactly are you shocking your body out of a plateau?

    If you’re not losing weight, you need to eat less, no special exercise will fix that.

    I train squats, deadlifts, and accessory ab work 4x a week. All of which are extremely tasting on the abdominal muscles. So why don’t I have ripped 6 pack abs?

    I do, but only when I manipulate my diet in such a way to acquire them.

    Eat in a deficit
    Choose a workout program that you’re capable of doing with your aforementioned restrictions(also, have you seen a physiotherapist for it if it’s that severe?)
    Also make sure it suits your goals
