junk food junkie but never over my calories, can I still lose weight eating crap?
I am 5'9 currently 239 lbs from 259 in Feb. I burn a lot of calories in a day between 3000 -4500 (I use Garmin HR). Before I factor in calories burned MFP allots me 1940 calories for the day. I usually eat 1,500 - 1,900 but I don't make the best food choices because I know I have room for crappy fast food. Breakfast is…

When do weigh yourself?
I don't have a scale at home, I don't want one for a few reasons but I digress. I weigh myself once a week at the gym. Today this happened to be after a workout which included a liter of water and dinner an hour earlier. Could the water and food be why my weight was exactly the same as last week?

Net calories
When I have a busy day at work I burn easily 4000+ calories in a whole day, MFP adjusts and tells me to eat like 3,200. I'm quite satisfied to eat 1,800 - 2,000 on these busy days but sometimes end up with negative net calories. What does this even mean? 5 ft 9 246 lbs.

Vanilla Protein MRP that tastes good? A magical Unicorn?
Anyone have recommendations for Vanilla powder that tastes good? We have tried Gnarly, Progressive Whey essential all in one. I have given up on a tasty meal replacement powder and moved on to just a tasty vanilla protein. I tried Protein Milkshake Bar and they were waaaay too sweet.

Vivofit HR and extra calories (way extra calories, that I couldn't eat if I wanted to)
I am 39 year old female 5"9 currently 150 lbs (down -9 in 8 weeks). I recently started using a Vivosmart HR to get a better handle on my calories burned. MFP has set me at 1,610 calories with logged exercise earning back a few hundred here or there. Since syncing with my Vivofit HR I have been earning calories like crazy.…
