I have committed to a 5K fun run in September, Freak'n Farmer in Oliver, BC. (going to actually start running soon). Want to join the fun and set a goal? Join my team, Team Fluster Cuck. Our group of misfits will be fumbling our way through my first race ever!

    Enjoy your training and run with the misfits.

    I am doing the Vancouver Sun Run in a couple of weeks. Ifyou enjoy your 5 km you could train to do this 10km next year. It is lots of fun being part of a 40-50000 crowd running around the city.
    I am really slow but love the energy.
