Calories and macronutrients on nutrition labels don't make sense
Example: the label on fiber one bran cereal claims it has 60 calories per half cup and 25 grams of carbohydrates. However, 1 gram of carbs = 4 calories, which means it should be 100 calories per half cup. This is confusing me, are nutrition labels not to be trusted? Is exercise healthy for me?
I am a recovering anorexic who recently became weight restored, whereas 6 months ago I was 79 lbs (I'm a 5'2, 21 year old female) I'm now around 115. Knowing I'm at a healthy weight, I want to get back into exercise, however my period has not returned. Is it still ok to exercise despite not yet getting my period?
