Healthy weight getting in shape

Hello everyone! I joined myfitnesspal with the goal of toning my body and gaining a little muscle. I'm a 5'2, 22 year old female weighing 112 pounds, and am a perfect example of skinny fat. As of recently I've been doing 30 min of cardio and some "muscle building" with the dumbbell, but I'm not sure how to go about this, such as how much cardio I should do vs weight lifting (I currently don't have a gym membership, only a 10lb dumbbell lol) so any tips would be incredibly appreciated!
