Is exercise healthy for me?

I am a recovering anorexic who recently became weight restored, whereas 6 months ago I was 79 lbs (I'm a 5'2, 21 year old female) I'm now around 115. Knowing I'm at a healthy weight, I want to get back into exercise, however my period has not returned. Is it still ok to exercise despite not yet getting my period?

I certainly do feel it appropriate for me to personally answer one way or the other.. but might ask what is your doctor and/or treatment team's take on this?1

No, if you have to ask random internet people it's probably not ok.4

That's a question for your treatment team1 -
I'm gonna be a broken record and say that you need to ask professional physicians and psychologists, not random internet people.2

Thank you all! I haven't seen a dietician or therapist in some time now, but I'm sure you're all right that I should be consulting them.1
