Lose weight, build muscle or both?
So I have been recently doing 10-30 minutes of weight lifting different muscle group every day and started thinking to myself. Would it be better to lose weight first then build muscle. I have been very active and plan and keep being active I am just wondering if I should cut weight lifting until I achieve my goal weight.
