If I work out first thing in the morning, is what I eat the day before my fuel for that workout? Trying to carb cycle based on what workout I'm doing that day. Leg and back days are my higher carb days. But if I lift those muscles first thing in the morning are the carbs I'm taking in after being beneficial?
I lift and excerise early first thing in the morning at 4 a.m. How does my dieting effect this? Am what I am eating the day before helping fuel the next morning weight training or is what I eat the rest of the day replenish what I did in the morning?
Have done a couple macro calculations online and it seems like my carb count is always higher than I think. Have the body type that can put on weight easy so I always back off the carbs but am I actually hurting my weight loss/muscle gain by not eating enough carbs?
