When hitting macros and following diet which do you count? Read and heard different opinions . Seeing what has worked for you all. Thanks

I do total carbs. Tried net carbs for a little while when I first started Keto and for me it was a slippery slope re carb creep so the only way I can keep that in check is by doing total carbs.1

I only count net carbs. For me, low carb diets are by far the best option and net carbs are relevant for that. Fiber is not a problem, so I don't count it.1
