morning training and diet

I lift and excerise early first thing in the morning at 4 a.m. How does my dieting effect this? Am what I am eating the day before helping fuel the next morning weight training or is what I eat the rest of the day replenish what I did in the morning?

If you are having breakfast after your morning workout I wouldn't worry I worked with a woman just like you except her alarm went off at 3:30... at 60 she can pass for 401

Depends on what your dieting regime is and how you personally feel and perform training in an unfed state.

Yes - both.
You have huge energy stores onboard - you don't have to fuel from what you have just eaten. Weight training is a low calorie burner anyway.
