How do you plan to reach your goal weight for the challenge?
My plan is to eat within my calorie range (1600 calories or less every day).... I eat whatever I want, as long as I stay in the range. I have been trying to eat been foods as well. So far I have lost 60 pounds. My fitness goal is to walk 10,000 steps at least 4 days out of the week.

Jumped on the scale to find out I've gained weight?
Hi everyone, the last three days I've been exercising and eating 1200-1400 calories. I am 214.7 pounds, when before I was 212. I am discouraged I started my weight loss journey just to gain weight, when it is really difficulty for me. Any suggestions or ideas? My sodium was within limits.
