Here I go- on a mission to lose 75 pounds

Hi everyone :)
I promised myself once I graduated from college and became a RN I would make myself a priority. I have been overweight my entire life, and lately it seems like I just keep gaining and gaining. I feel absolutely terrible, fatigued all the time. I am ready to make a lifestyle change so I can feel happy in my own skin. My first big goal is to lose 75 pounds.

My plan is to eat 1500 calories a day and to get 10,000 fitbit steps at least 5 days/7... I know 10,000 steps is not a lot, but I am so out of shape it is a work-out for me. We all start somewhere, right?


I am hoping to make some friends along the way so we can encourage each other... Please add me :)
