Steps are recorded properly through Apple health on my feed but not getting adjusted calories except for recorded workouts. I feel like this would be much more helpful, as this worked for me before. I’ve even played around with my activity level but to no avail.

Calf cramps
I do very balanced cardio and weight training and getting excellent results. In the middle of the night, calf cramps wake me out of the blue. Ideal time to recomp
Is it best to wait until at ideal weight and body fat? I ask because I'm 8-11 lbs away. Once I recomp, I plan on going to maintenance and out more time and energy into weight training, yet still do some cardio.

Sorry to boast. It's weird to share with my friends unless they notice and mention something first. I just got started on this app 30 days ago and so far it's 7 lbs dropped in 30 days. I have 14 more to go so I'll continue to work hard and be patient lol.

Apple Watch or Fit bit
I'll be getttinn one of these in the short term future. Looking for something extremely accurate at logging calories burnt. Money not a huge issue because I can save for the difference. I'm kind of tempted toward the apples Watch apps but that's just the geek in me.

Myeloma everyone. Just downloaded the app 4-5 days ago. I'm logging everything, exercise included. It's working great for me.
