Ok for starters, this is NOT a show out post. I feel very self conscious posting my picture. I'm only looking for honest feedback. I started MFP around 70-75 days ago at 195 lbs. I'm now 170. 42 years old and 5'10 with small to medium build. I have SOME muscle leftover from my extremely fit says a few years ago before I met my wife. We both grew madly in love win each other as well as madly in love with food.

I had my current weight as my goal weight when I first started. I was this weight when I was extremely fit and had very little body fat. Don't ask I don't remember lol. But come to think of it, I had a little more muscle as well.

When I waged 175, I realized I wouldn't be at ideal body fat at 170, so I reset my goal to 160. My question is....was that a mistake? Since I'm so much closer, should I recomp? I currently do 50/50 weights/cardio but was considering switching o maintenance and 75/25 weights cardio. 5jc6bolbg5qv.jpg
